Mel is responsible for development, hosting, and security of MHM's proprietary transactional technologies for consumer-driven flex plans. He also heads-up MHM's Total Quality Management (TQM) program. Prior to joining MHM, Mel was Senior Vice President of Operations for FBMC where he pioneered one the first flex debit card transactional systems in 1997. One of the country's largest flex plan administrators, FBMC is a renowned third-party administrator of flexible benefit plans. At FBMC, Mel had executive responsibility for flexible spending accounts, information systems, project management, and enrollment processing. Mel is a member of the American Society for Quality Control.
