Prior to joining MHM, Jay was President of MSAver Resources. Established in 1996, the MSAver National Resource Center partnered with financial institutions and health insurance companies to provide sales and customer service to MSA and HSA account holders. Under Jay's leadership, MSAver became a key innovator in consumer-friendly delivery systems for Health Care Accounts. Jay was also co-founder and Chief Operating Officer of PulseCard, a company that specialized in transaction processing for the health care industry. PulseCard grew rapidly supporting over 15,000 health care locations and, in 1996, was recognized by INC. Magazine as one of the top 100 fastest growing small companies in America.
