Chief Compliance Officer
Jan draws upon over 20 years of experience with flexible benefits plans and tax laws to provide consulting services, compliance, training, and product development leadership at MHM. She sits on the Technology Change Advisory Board which guides the development and design of MHM's proprietary transactional technologies for consumer-driven flex plans. Jan is a frequent speaker at industry conferences, including the AICPA and Employers Council on Flexible Compensation (ECFC) and is a board member of the Cafeteria Plan Advisors Council (CPAC). She writes a
monthly column for
Broker World magazine and is a guest columnist for Mid American Insurance magazine. She is a Qualified Plan Administrator (QPA) and was one of the first people in the country to earn the ECFC's Certified in Flexible Compensation (CFC). Jan is distinguished as a certified trainer in the Certified Flexible Compensation Instructor (CFCI) program.
