Director of Operations
Ed manages the transactional service center for MHM's in-house consumer-driven flex plan administration business and is responsible for MHM's debit card and trust services operations for plan service providers. He draws on 20
years of experience at an affiliated payroll company where he managed data centers and transactional processing services. Ed's responsibilities include plan administration and expert user advisory services to MHM's technology development team. He designs and implements solutions that support plan document production, claims payment, card services, and cash settlement services. Ed is a member of the Technology Change Advisory Board which guides the development and design of MHM's proprietary transactional technologies for consumer-driven flex plans.
